- Basic personal information like your name, name of spouse, dependents, date of birth, gender, nationality, address, and identity supporting documents such as TIN, or passport numbers.

We collect personal information from our members, clients, business contacts, other golf clubs, personnel, contractors and other individuals. Such personal information may be provided to us in forms filled out by individuals, face to face meetings, email messages, telephone conversations, text messages, through our websites or provided by third parties. If you contact us, we may keep a record of our interaction. By continuing to give us your personal information after having read this policy, you expressly agree that the club may collect, use, store, share, safeguard, dispose or otherwise process your information in accordance with these terms.
Most of the personal information we have are those that you have given us. You provide us personal information when you:
- Apply for membership by filling out Membership Application Form and updating of information online;
- Get in touch with us to ask about something;
- Take part in our research and surveys; and/or
- When you apply for a job with us.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties outside VALLEY GOLF. In some instances, we may be required to disclose your personal information to our providers as part of business operations.
